PHOENIX, AZ – Janice M. (Carras) Fiacco, 49, of Phoenix, AZ passed
away at home on January 20, 2016 after a long battle with cancer.
She was born on May 21, 1966 in Albany, NY to John and Dorothy
(Lyman) Carras, and was one of six children. Janice graduated from
Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk High School in 1984 and married David A.
Fiacco, Jr. in 1994. She was employed by the New York State Senate
for several years prior to moving to Arizona in 1996. Janice was
co-owner of Fiacco Custom Framing, LLC. She also worked as an
accountant and was loved by her clients. She enjoyed counted cross
stitch, cooking, watching football, and spending time with family
and friends. She was a kind-hearted, smart and giving person and
will be dearly missed.
Survived by her husband David A. Fiacco, Jr., her parents John &
Dorothy Carras, brother Jack (Debbie) Carras, sister Katherine
(Larry) Loucks, sister Theresa (Rodney) Conrad, brother Edward
Carras, sister Pamela (Howard) Richey, many nieces, nephews, great
nieces, great nephews, and her kitties Al & Abby.
Friends may call at the Babcock Funeral Home, Ravena on Wednesday,
February 17, 2016 from 4 to 7 pm. A graveside service will be held
at 10:30 AM on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery
in Rensselaer, NY.
