DELMAR – Victor P. Pape, 76years, passed away February 3, 2021 at
St. Peter’s Hospital. Vic was the son of the late Anthony and
Myrtle Pape and was raised in Ravena.
Vic was a 1964 graduate of R-C-S High School. He served in the
NYS National Guard and was a truck driver for Pilot Freight Way and
Consolidated Freight. He was a 35-year member of the RC Sportsman
Club, member of Albany County Trap League, hunter and sportsman.
Survivors include his loving wife, Sharon (Frey) Pape; son,
Paul Pape of Rotterdam; daughter, Tammy (Shawn) Morrow of Ravena;
and devoted grandfather to Alyssa and Victoria Pape, and Jack and
Maria Morrow; brothers, Richard (Karen) Pape of Delmar and Thomas
(Susan) Pape of Ohio. Victor was predeceased by his brother William
Pape. Vic will now be reunited with his faithful dog of 10 years,
Buddy.
A Funeral Mass for Victor will be celebrated 11 AM on
Wednesday, February 10th at The Church of St. Patrick, Ravena.
Space is limited, masks are required and social distancing will be
observed. The family would like you to consider, in lieu of
