COXSACKIE – Marie C. Taylor, 93, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2020, daughter of the late Michael and Catherine Scott.  She was born and raised in Coxsackie. 

     Marie was a dedicated mother and housewife that lived life to its fullest.  She was a faithful Christian and loved the Lord.   Marie was a faithful member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Coxsackie for many years.  She enjoyed gardening, flowers and loved to cook and bake.  Marie loved her family, friends and all people.

     Survivors include her sons, Stanley and Michael Taylor; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.  Marie was predeceased by her husband, Stanley S. Taylor; daughter, Linda Kilfoyle; and brothers, Bruno, Anthony, Michael and Louis Scott.

A funeral mass for Marie will be celebrated 10:30 AM on Thursday, December 10th at St. Mary’s Church, Coxsackie with a calling hour at the church starting at 9:30 AM.  Interment will follow the Mass at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Coxsackie.  The family would like you to consider, in lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of Marie to the  Alzheimer’s Association, Northeastern NY Chapter, 4 Pine West Plaza, Suite 405, Albany, NY 12205.
